Send your work to Prof. Jennifer Tang (Library, Room A -207G) in MS Word or RTF format via the  submit work page or as an e-mail attachment to .

On the submit work page, you can upload your submission by clicking on “Browse” and finding the document or file you want to send. There is also a box where you can write comments or notes to us about your work. If you want to submit more than one item, you can do so. Just fill out the online form each time and upload your work and send.  Submissions due by the end of each Spring Semester.

Accepted works include short stories, essays, poetry, interviews, news articles, excerpts from novels in progress and more.


If you want to submit a digital photograph or other digital work of art, it must be at least 5″x7″ and have a resolution of at least 300 pixels in order for it to be displayed well in print. Accepted File Types include JPG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, and EPS.  You can submit as many images as you want. Use the form on our submit work page to send us your art. Submissions due by the end of each Spring Semester.

Accepted works include paintings, drawings, photography, collage, sculpture, digital image manipulation, typography, poster art, 3D renderings, communication design, and more.
