During the event artist Kay Love (@kaylove) paints a mural outside. Everyday Bronx is an Instagram site dedicated to promoting local Bronx photography and this exhibition was its first of printed photographs. A statue of the allegorical female figure, "Fame," in Bronx's Joyce Kilmer Park was restored in 2022. It is attached to the monument honoring Louis J. Unit 1 Goals

  • To give students an introduction to the philosophy of the concept of beauty. This will then promote a discussion of students’ perceptions of the Bronx. Students will investigate and discover how these perceptions are shaped, and begin to think about how they can contribute to changing these perceptions.
