6. Think about the most important genres (types of documents or other resources) that are used to communicate in your capstone field/discipline. For each genre/type of resource, why is it useful--for what audience and for what purpose?

psychology use APA format, also the scientific method to conduct studies and research in psycology. psychology use verbal communication by engage in speaking with others. formal and informal research.

7. Who creates these genres/types of resources, and what resources must be invested in their creation (labor, time, other resources)? How are these resources paid for?

According to professor Jacqueline M. DiSanto, EdD  sometimes they are being paid for by grants. If they are conducting research that is grant supported that grant will cover Labor or pay statistical analysis piece of software. Their labor is apart of their job. So they put that extra effort out here without compensation.

8. Who typically holds copyright for the intellectual property in these genres/types of resources?

According to Professor Jacqueline M. DiSanto, EdD she believes the intellectual property is owned by the person that got approval for the study. For Faculty if they are doing a formal study which means they plan to publicize they're findings and to present these finding to people they have to go through an approval process. People who names are on the approval process are the people who own the intellectual Property as a team. One cannot publicize or present without one another and no one has the right to it, if they do use our findings they have to cite and put the names of the owners in the reference page.
